Aaron Poreda sent to Triple-A Saturday

The Rangers opened up a spot on the 25-man roster Saturday, by optioning pitcher Aaron Poreda to Triple-A Round Rock.

Poreda had allowed seven runs in his previous four outings, allowing his ERA to rise to 5.91 on the season.
