Brad Hawpe added to Angels roster

The Angels officially added Brad Hawpe to the roster for a doubleheader Saturday in Boston. Hawpe comes up from Triple-A Salt Lake. 

Hawpe is a former All-Star who has not appeared in the majors since 2011. The 34-year-old is hitting .305 with a .909 OPS in the minors this year.
