Indians outfielder Nyjer Morgan was wearing a knee brace after Wednesday's game, in which he suffered a "mild" right knee sprain, Cleveland.com reports.
"I hope it's not significant," Morgan said. "I hope it's not a problem. We have to wait and just see."
Morgan banged the knee on the ground during a defensive play in the fifth inning of Wednesday's game. The team isn't sure how much time Morgan will need to miss with the injury.
"We need to see how he shows up in the morning," manager Terry Francona said. "That's probably the best thing we can do."
