The Cavaliers need to replenish their big man rotation after Timofey Mozgov left for the Lakers. It looks like they're turning to a former teammate of LeBron James' in Miami, as Tyronn Lue said on NBATV during Summer League Friday that the team is closing in on signing Chris "Birdman" Andersen, as reported earlier this week by Ethan Skolnick (CBS Sports, Miami Herald).

Andersen can give them a good screener who will rebound and snatch a few put-backs. He's a veteran player James is comfortable with, and should be able to give them decent minutes. If nothing else, it's six more fouls to throw at the Warriors if in need.
