Marvin Mims DEN WR
Broncos' Marvin Mims: Minimal production in Week 17
1h agoMims caught three of four targets for 10 yards in Thursday's 20-13 win over the Chiefs.
Mims was unable to have much of an impact on the stat sheet despite seeing four targets against Kansas City. The 23-year-old wideout played 34 of the Broncos' 72 offensive snaps, behind Courtland Sutton (59) and Lil'Jordan Humphrey (43), but ahead of Troy Franklin (27) and Michael Bandy (7). The 2025 campaign has been an underwhelming one for Mims, who secured more than three catches in just three games this season. Through 14 games, the Oklahoma product has recorded just 35 receptions on 48 targets for 312 yards and a touchdown, adding 12 rushes for 78 yards and a score. The Broncos have not used him down the field much this season, capping his upside in Denver's aerial attack. Mims should not be trusted for fantasy purposes as the Broncos host the Chargers in Week 18.

Adam Trautman DEN TE
Broncos' Adam Trautman: Targeted twice against Kansas City
2h agoTrautman caught both of his targets for 24 yards in Thursday's 20-13 win over the Chiefs.
Trautman played 52 of the Broncos' 72 offensive snaps Thursday, once again playing the most snaps at tight end. Teammates Evan Engram and Marcedes Lewis played 22 and 15 snaps, respectively. Engram paced the position group in targets (4) as Denver's preferred pass-catching tight end. Meanwhile the 28-year-old Trautman continued to operate as a blocking specialist. The veteran's limited opportunities keep him far off the fantasy radar each week. Next up for the Broncos is a Week 18 matchup against the Chargers.

Evan Engram DEN TE
Broncos' Evan Engram: Four grabs in win
11h agoEngram caught all four of his targets for 21 yards in Thursday's 20-13 win over the Chiefs.
Engram continued his role as the Broncos' No. 1 pass-catching tight end, but he was unable to get much going against the Chiefs. The 31-year-old played 22 of Denver's 72 offensive snaps, behind blocking specialist Adam Trautman (52). Engram's limited playing time and inefficient production make him difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. The veteran will look to bounce back with a strong performance Week 18 when the Broncos host the Chargers in the regular season finale.

Aaron Banks GB G
Packers' Aaron Banks: Downgraded to questionable
15h agoGreen Bay downgraded Banks (neck) to questionable for Saturday's game versus the Ravens.
Banks didn't have any designation on the Packers' final practice report of the week Thursday, but it's possible he suffered a setback during the day Friday. If he can't suit up in Week 17, Donovan Jennings may have to step in at left guard against a Baltimore defense that's struggled to rush the passer in 2025.
-
Kevin Dotson LAR G
Rams' Kevin Dotson: Misses practice Friday
15h agoDotson (ankle) did not participate at practice Friday.
Dotson suffered an ankle sprain in Week 16 at Seattle and was carted off the field, so it's not a big surprise he's not able to practice yet. Unless he makes a remarkable return to practice Saturday, Dotson is trending toward sitting out Monday at Atlanta.
-
Alaric Jackson LAR OT
Rams' Alaric Jackson: Unable to practice Friday
15h agoJackson (knee) did not participate at practice Friday.
Jackson dealt with an ankle injury during preparations for Week 16 at Seattle, and now it looks like a knee injury is threatening his availability for Week 17. He'll probably have to return to practice in some capacity Saturday to have any chance of playing Monday at Atlanta.

J.J. Bleday ATH CF
Reds' JJ Bleday: Headed to Cincy
24m agoBleday signed a contract with the Reds on Saturday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Bleday was let go by the Athletics earlier this offseason after slashing .212/.294/.404 with 14 homers, 39 RBI and 48 RBI across 344 MLB plate appearances in 2025. The 28-year-old slugger will provide the Reds with another left-handed bat in the outfield alongside Will Benson and TJ Friedl, though it's unclear whether Bleday will get an opportunity to make regular starts against right-handed pitchers.

Ricky Tiedemann TOR SP
Blue Jays' Ricky Tiedemann: Expected to be fully healthy for ST
20h agoTiedemann (elbow) is expected to be fully healthy in time for camp, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.
Tiedemann missed the entire 2025 season after undergoing Tommy John surgery in July of 2024, and he has totaled just 140 innings in the minors since being drafted by Toronto in 2021. Despite that, it was still an easy call for the Blue Jays to add Tiedemann to the 40-man roster in November for Rule 5 protection. While the hard-throwing lefty has flashed high upside and is close to full health, Tiedemann is highly unlikely to handle a big workload in 2026 given all the missed time. "Hopefully he's a factor for us in our rotation," GM Ross Atkins said. "That's the plan, but we would be open to him impacting the team in a bulk role or some creative way, depending on how things are going."

Tyler Soderstrom ATH C
Athletics' Tyler Soderstrom: Inks $86 million contract extension
2d agoThe Athletics signed Soderstrom to a seven-year, $86 million contract extension Thursday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports. The deal includes a club option for 2033.
The deal buys out at least three free-agent years and can max out at $131 million if Soderstrom reaches all of the escalators in the contract. Soderstrom broke out in 2025 in his first full major-league season, slashing .276/.346/.474 with 25 home runs and 93 RBI. He also learned to play left field on the fly and took to it surprisingly well, finishing as a Gold Glove finalist. Soderstrom will be only 31 in the final year of the contract if the Athletics pick up his option, so it's a deal that is likely to be very team-friendly if he continues his upward trajectory.
-
Owen White CHW RP
Owen White: Headed to KBO
3d agoWhite signed a one-year contract with the Hanwha Eagles of the Korea Baseball Organization on Wednesday, Dan Kurtz of MyKBO.net reports.
White has struggled during his brief stints in the big leagues, allowing 20 earned runs over just 14 innings in his MLB career. He fared a bit better at Triple-A Charlotte in 2025, posting a 4.44 ERA and 1.44 WHIP over 81 frames, and he'll now aim to further hone his craft overseas.
-
Michael Chavis LAD 2B
Reds' Michael Chavis: Signs minors deal with Reds
3d agoChavis signed a minor-league contract with the Reds on Wednesday that includes an invitation to big-league spring training, Kiley McDaniel of ESPN.com reports.
Chavis spent the entirety of 2025 with the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate, slashing .291/.350/.547 with 13 homers, 45 RBI and 45 runs scored across 283 plate appearances. The 30-year-old infielder will get a chance to compete for a roster spot during spring camp, but he'll most likely return to the minors to begin the '26 campaign.
-
Matt Mervis MIA 1B
Nationals' Matt Mervis: Coming home on minors pact
3d agoMervis signed a minor-league contract with the Nationals on Wednesday, Bobby Blanco of MASNSports.com reports.
Mervis, who turns 28 shortly after Opening Day, has a career .165/.238/.322 slash line with 10 home runs, a 7.7 percent walk rate and a 34.5 percent strikeout rate in 261 MLB plate appearances over the past three seasons. He has been worth -1.5 fWAR over that span, in part because he is also a negative defender at first base. Mervis is a native of Washington D.C. and will be competing with players like Jose Tena, Warming Bernabel and Yohandy Morales for opportunities this year if injuries strike the big club.
-
Rob Dillingham MIN PG
Timberwolves' Rob Dillingham: Added to injury report
8m agoDillingham (illness) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Nets.
Dillingham presumably woke up under the weather and was a late addition to the injury report, which doesn't bode well for his status. The second-year point guard hasn't seen the floor in any of Minnesota's last three games, so his potential absence shouldn't cause any significant waves in the rotation.
-
Giannis Antetokounmpo MIL PF
Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Could return Saturday
1h agoAntetokounmpo (calf) is expected to play in Saturday's game against the Bulls if he can clear his pregame tests, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
Antetokounmpo has missed Milwaukee's last eight games due to a right soleus strain he sustained after logging just three minutes in a win over Detroit on Dec. 3. The two-time MVP has been ramping up in practice recently and appears to be on track to return Saturday, but this report bodes well for his return in the near future if he isn't cleared to face Chicago. The Bucks are expected to release their official injury report by Saturday afternoon, which should provide some more clarity on Antetokounmpo's status. While it wouldn't be surprising to see the superstar operate under a minutes restriction in his return, having Antetokounmpo back in the lineup would likely mean fewer minutes for Jericho Sims and Bobby Portis.

Ron Holland DET SF
Pistons' Ronald Holland: Returns wirh 11 points from bench
2h agoHolland closed Friday's 131-129 loss to the Jazz with 11 points (4-6 FG, 3-4 FT), six rebounds and three assists in 19 minutes.
Holland returned from a two-game absence and provided a decent rebound total with the second unit. Holland's contributions were critical in November as the Pistons worked through some injuries, but the team still considers the 20-year-old a development player due to his lack of collegiate experience. His limited usage leaves him outside the realm of fantasy relevance
-
Duncan Robinson DET SG
Pistons' Duncan Robinson: Drains four beyond the arc
2h agoRobinson finished Friday's 131-129 loss to Utah with 14 points (5-10 FG, 4-8 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist and one block over 26 minutes.
Robinson's reputation as a long-range sharpshooter is well-documented, and it's allowed him to hold onto a starting role in Detroit's offense. Like many who rely on the long ball to produce, Robinson is a streaky player who can fall behind with a cold shot. Still, he's converting threes at a 38.9 percent clip, which is right around his recent averages over the past three seasons.
-
Jalen Duren DET C
Pistons' Jalen Duren: Held in check during narrow loss
2h agoDuren totaled 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-1 FT) and four rebounds across 22 minutes during Friday's 131-129 loss to the Jazz.
Jusuf Nurkic and Lauri Markkanen had Duren's number during the upset, as the youngster cooled off after a solid run of production. He was in the midst of a four-game double-double streak coming into Friday's game and was essentially Detroit's second-highest producer during that stretch. Despite the loss, Detroit remains a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference, and Duren's improvement this season is key to the team's success.
-
Jusuf Nurkic UTA C
Jazz's Jusuf Nurkic: Shines with double-double
2h agoNurkic totaled 16 points (6-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal across 32 minutes during Friday's 131-129 win over the Pistons.
Nurkic faced a tough challenge opposite Jalen Duren, but he effectively neutralized him in the upset win. Although Nurkic has missed three games this month, he's come up big in some key moments. Still, consistency remains a big problem for the big man. He's alternated between double-doubles and dreadful totals quite often, and although his rebound totals usually come close to or exceed double digits frequently, his scoring totals haven't experienced the same success.
-
Steven Santini TB D
Lightning's Steve Santini: Recalled from AHL
23m agoSantini was summoned from AHL Syracuse on Saturday.
The Lightning are down to only six healthy defensemen, hence the recall of Santini. He has one assist, six hits and five blocked shots in eight NHL games this season. Santini, who is likely to be a healthy scratch Saturday in Florida, had five assists in 18 AHL games before his recall.
-
Scott Sabourin TB RW
Lightning's Scott Sabourin: Summoned from Syracuse
26m agoSabourin was recalled from AHL Syracuse on Saturday.
Sabourin has played seven games at the NHL level this season, notching one goal and two assists with 13 hits. The 33-year-old had six goals and two helpers across 20 AHL games before his recall.
-
Connor Hellebuyck WPG G
Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Set to start Saturday
29m agoHellebuyck is slated to protect the home net against Minnesota on Saturday, Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press reports.
Hellebuyck has gone 0-2-2 in his last four outings while allowing 11 goals on 105 shots. He has a 9-8-2 record this season with a 2.48 GAA and a .912 save percentage through 19 appearances. Minnesota sits 17th in the league with 3.00 goals per game this year.
-
Landon Slaggert CHI LW
Blackhawks' Landon Slaggert: Summoned from AHL
45m agoSlaggert was recalled from AHL Rockford on Saturday.
Slaggert has one goal, five shots on net, four blocked shots and 16 hits through 10 appearances with the Blackhawks this season. He also has two assists and four points in eight AHL outings during the 2025-26 campaign.
-
Brandon Carlo TOR D
Maple Leafs' Brandon Carlo: Resumes skating
1h agoCarlo (foot) was on the ice before Saturday's morning skate, David Alter of The Hockey News reports.
Carlo has missed 18 consecutive games, and there is no timetable for his return. However, getting back on the ice is a step in the right direction. The defenseman has two assists, 34 blocked shots and 12 hits over 18 appearances this season.
-
Bo Horvat NYI C
Islanders' Bo Horvat: Ready to rock
1h agoHorvat (lower body) will return to the lineup versus the Rangers on Saturday, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.
Horvat missed five games with the injury. He has 19 goals and 31 points across 32 games this season. Horvat will center Jonathan Drouin and Emil Heineman in his return, while Anthony Duclair will exit the lineup as a healthy scratch.
