Redskins coach Jay Gruden told reporters Monday quarterback Robert Griffin III suffered a dislocated, and not broken, left ankle Sunday against the Jaguars. Redskins running back Roy Helu finished second on the team in rushing during a 17-6 loss Week 1 at Houston. Helu totaled 46 rushing yards on four carries, which trailed Alfred Morris' team-high 91 rushing yards on 14 carries.
Redskins coach Jay Gruden said tight end Jordan Reed (hamstring) "has to practice at least a day" in order to play Week 3 against the Eagles. Reed sat out Sunday's game against the Jaguars after getting hurt Week 1.
Titans coach Ken Whizenhunt would only tell reporters that running back Dexter McCluster has a sore foot Monday, and that additional details will be known Wednesday. McCluster was spotted leaving the locker room with a walking boot on his foot after Sunday's game.
