Whop Philyor: Waived by Vikings
The Vikings waived Philyor on Tuesday.
Philyor signed with Minnesota after going undrafted in the 2021 NFL Draft. He was competing for a role on special teams and to provide depth at wide receiver, but ultimately came up short. The Indiana product could end up landing on the team's practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers. If that does not happen, he will be forced to look for a new opportunity.
