Miller was removed from Friday's game versus the Mariners after getting hit in the left leg by a comebacker, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Miller was hit in the leg by a 109-mph line drive off the bat of Randy Arozarena in the eighth inning. He was diagnosed with a left calf contusion, which could indicate that the 28-year-old won't need to spend time on the injured list. However, the Angels may give him a day or two to recover before using him out of the bullpen again.
