Dohy's contract was selected by the Phillies on Saturday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.
The 25-year-old lefty has great stuff, but he'll have to overcome his poor control if he's to carve out a successful big-league career. He's struck out 34.6 percent of opposing batters over the course of his minor-league career but has offset that with a 17.0 percent walk rate. He's trimmed that walk rate slightly to 15.1 percent this season, leading to a 2.95 ERA in 42.2 innings in the upper minors. He'll take the bullpen spot that had belonged to Archie Bradley, who landed on the injured list with an oblique issue.
