The Phillies selected Riojas with the No. 100 overall pick in the 2026 First-Year Player Draft.
A 6-foot righty from Texas, Riojas has a high floor as a pitcher who can mix arm slots and could move quickly to the big-league bullpen. Riojas is already 23 years old and lacks much projection, but he knows how to get outs.
