Pirates' Ryder Ryan: Clears waivers

The Pirates outrighted Ryan to Triple-A Indianapolis on Wednesday.

Pittsburgh designated Ryan for assignment Monday, but he'll stick around in the organization after going unclaimed off waivers. Ryan has posted a 5.66 ERA across 20.2 innings over his 15 appearances out of the Pirates' bullpen this season.
