The Twins activated Farmer (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list Friday, Declan Goff of SKOR North reports.
He's been sidelined for nearly a month with a right shoulder strain but is ready to go after playing three rehab games with Triple-A St. Paul. Farmer is starting at second base and batting ninth in the first game of Friday's doubleheader against the Guardians.
