Robert was removed from Wednesday's game against the Yankees with a sprained right pinky, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
X-rays came back negative on Robert's finger, and the 26-year-old slugger is officially listed as day-to-day. The White Sox have a day off Thursday, so Robert will receive an extra day to recover and could potentially return to Chicago's lineup Friday without missing any time.
