Suns' Ryan Dunn: Gets starting nod

Dunn is starting Thursday's game against the Clippers.

Dunn will draw the start at small forward in place of Bradley Beal, who was ruled out with a sprained left elbow. Dunn put together a decent performance in his first career NBA start Saturday against the Mavs, recording 13 points, one rebound and one assist in 21 minutes.
