Bryan Morris sent to Miami for hip exam

Marlins pitcher Bryan Morris has been sent back to Miami to be examined for hip discomfort, the Miami Herald reports.

The Marlins are in the middle of a road trip, so the issue must be serious enough to loss Morris for at least a day or two while he's checked out. He owns a 1.76 ERA and 48:22 K:BB ratio in 61 1/3 innings.
