Athletics pitcher Eric O'Flaherty stretched out to 60 feet, six inches for the first time Tuesday and looked impressive during a 35-pitch session, MLB.com reports.
"As a matter of fact, I asked him if he had an inning in him today," manager Bob Melvin said.
O'Flaherty is on the 60-day disabled list while recovering from Tommy John surgery.
