It's been a rough season for starter Kyle Kendrick and the pattern continued Sunday as the Rockies starter was tagged for five runs and two homers in a loss to the Giants.
In dropping to 3-10, Kendrick joined a dubious group, along with Matt Garza and Aaron Harang, as the only 10-game losers in MLB so far this season.
Kendrick allowed eight hits in his 5 2/3 innings of work, the eighth straight start in which he's allowed at least five hits. With the loss, Kendrick saw his ERA crest to 6.07 on the season.
