High-A Fort Wayne reinstated Cedeno (wrist) from its 7-day injured list Sunday.
The 21-year-old infielder is ready to return to Fort Wayne's middle infield after he had been shut down since mid-April with the right wrist injury. Cedeno was cleared to come off the IL after recently wrapping up a five-game rehab assignment in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League during which he went 3-for-11 with a 6:6 BB:K and two stolen bases.

Cedeno (wrist) is expected to begin a rehab assignment in the Arizona Complex League on Tuesday, MadFriars reports.
Cedeno has been stuck on the 7-day injured list since April 26, when he injured his right wrist making a play in the field, but he appears to be nearing a return. Once he's ready to be activated off the injured list, he'll likely be sent to High-A Fort Wayne, where he's just 1-for-19 with a double and an RBI through five contests so far this season.
