    Rotowire
    Ruiz signed a minor-league contract with the Twins on Wednesday. The 24-year-old outfielder played for Double-A Binghamton in the Mets organization last season, posting a .701 OPS with 18 home runs. Ruiz has yet to advance past the Double-A level but could get a shot at Triple-A St. Paul in 2024.
