Steve Blake records 16 assists vs. Pistons

Lakers point guard Steve Blake recorded a season-best 16 assists in Sunday's 114-99 win over the Pistons, giving him four straight games with at least 10 assists.

Blake also had a season-best four steals while scoring nine points on 3 of 7 shooting and grabbing one rebound in 42 minutes. He'll continue to see the bulk of the playing time at point guard while Steve Nash is out. Blake has averaged 9.8 points and 7.3 assists over 12 games.
