Doncic tallied 32 points (11-29 FG, 3-13 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and three steals over 39 minutes in the Lakers' 113-110 loss to the Pistons on Monday.
Doncic was cleared to play Monday after successfully appealing his one-game suspension from the league. He came out swinging with 17 points in the first quarter but connected on six of 19 field-goal attempts over the last three frames (including 1-for-6 from beyond the arc). Despite the inefficient shooting night Monday, Doncic has logged 30-plus points over his last 10 outings, highlighted by his 60-point scoring barrage against the Heat in Thursday's win. The Lakers complete their six-game road trip Wednesday against the Pacers.

Lakers' Luka Doncic: Suspension rescinded
The NBA rescinded Doncic's 16th technical foul Sunday, allowing him to play in Monday's game against the Pistons, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Doncic exchanged words with Goga Bitadze during Saturday's win over the Magic, resulting in both players receiving a technical foul. However, the Lakers filed an appeal on Doncic's behalf to rescind the technical foul, and the appeal has since been approved. The superstar point guard's next tech will trigger a one-game suspension, though he's good to go Monday in Detroit. Doncic has posted at least 30 points in nine straight games, averaging 40.0 points, 8.4 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 3.5 combined steals-plus-blocks in 37.7 minutes per game over that stretch.

Lakers' Luka Doncic: Appealing one-game ban
The Lakers filed an appeal on Doncic's behalf to rescind the 16th technical foul of the season that the point guard was assessed during Saturday's 105-104 win over the Magic, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
Doncic and the Magic's Goga Bitadze both drew technicals with 1:19 remaining in the third quarter, when the two players exchanged words while Doncic was shooting a free throw. The league is expected to further review the incident in question, but unless the technical is rescinded, Doncic will serve a one-game suspension during Monday's contest in Detroit. In the event of a Doncic absence, Austin Reaves would likely slide over to the point guard spot, while players such as Rui Hachimura, Jake LaRavia and Luke Kennard could all be called upon to handle larger roles.
