After an embarrassing showing at Pittsburgh in Week 8, the Colts defense did bounce back in Week 9, effectively shutting down the hosting Giants through three quarters. But with the game well in hand, it relaxed in the fourth quarter, making its final line not as impressive as it could have been.
In all, the Colts allowed 24 points on 438 points, but 14 of those points and 196 of those yards came in the final period. They had three sacks after recording none against the Steelers and also recovered a fumble.
Because the Colts DST is tied for seventh in sacks, it tends to make a positive Fantasy contribution more weeks than not, but its best games have come with favorable matchups. It's on bye in Week 10 and will be useless against the Patriots in Week 11 as well. But you'll want to keep it in mind for Week 12 against the Jaguars.
