Giants coach Tom Coughlin said Wednesday cornerback Terrell Thomas (knee) has to be "managed" and will likely have to miss at least one practice per week.
"The accumulation has gotten to him a little but. You can see it," Coughlin said of Thomas, who missed the 2011 and 2012 seasons due to knee injuries.
