Watkins spent the majority of his 2023 campaign on Cleveland's practice squad before inking a deal with the Eagles in January, and Philadelphia has now decided to move in a different direction. The 26-year-old wideout has yet to appear in a regular-season NFL game, but he recorded four receptions for 33 yards across the Eagles' three preseason games.

The 25-year-old wideout had spent the entire year with Cleveland's practice squad and he has yet to appear in an NFL game. Watkins was able to haul in 16 passes for 257 yards and two touchdowns for the Browns in their three preseason outings last summer, and he'll look to make a push for a spot on Philadelphia's active roster this offseason.
