Ogunjobi has received a one-game suspension for "unnecessary roughness" during Thursday's 21-7 win over the Steelers, per NFL Senior VP of Football & International Communications Michael Signora.
Ogunjobi intends to appeal his suspension and fine, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The 25-year-old's punishment comes as a result of his actions as Thursday's divisional tilt wound down, when he shoved Pittsburgh quarterback Mason Rudolph to the ground during a skirmish between the two teams. If Ogunjobi is indeed forced to miss Week 12's matchup against the Dolphins, Devaroe Lawrence and Eli Ankou will be candidates to see expanded roles on defense.
Ogunjobi notched one solo tackle -- his fifth sack of the season -- during Thursday's 21-7 win over the Steelers.
Ogunjobi is now just a half sack away from matching the career-best mark he recorded in 2018, and the Browns may be counting on him to lead their pass rush moving forward. With eight seconds remaining in Thursday's contest, star defensive end Myles Garrett incited a skirmish between the two teams after swinging a helmet at Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph's unprotected head. Ogunjobi proceeded to push Rudolph to the ground in the ensuing fight, with the defensive tackle, Garrett and Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey all getting ejected from the contest. Garrett will almost certainly be facing a lengthy suspension -- perhaps for the rest of the season -- for his actions, but Ogunjobi's fate is less certain. Expect the NFL to dole out punishment for Garrett and potentially others involved in the fight within the next few days.

Ogunjobi has yet to miss a game all season, and he won't let Week 16 be his first time on the sidelines. He went through a similar practice routine last week with back-to-back limited sessions before ultimately suiting up, suggesting he would be in line to resume his regular role as a starting defensive tackle. With Carl Davis (coach's decision) inactive for the contest, Ogunjobi will be part of a three-man DT rotation that also includes Trevon Coley and Brian Price.
Ogunjobi (biceps) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Ogunjobi has been questionable each of the last two weeks but has played through his biceps injury, and that appears likely to happen again in Week 16. Should the 24-year-old suffer a setback, Brian Price would likely benefit from increased snaps at defensive tackle.
