Instant Analysis — Defense Dominates in Shutout Win
RJ and Riley break down USC's dominant defensive performance in the 39-0 shutout of Fresno State. They discuss Gary Patterson's much happier night, an aggressive game plan that featured three sacks and two safeties from the safety position, and the defense even getting on the scoreboard. After the safeties were beaten deep in Week 0, Patterson got them involved as blitzers and allowed them to play more aggressively. Plenty to be happy about from the USC defense.
