Ginn (elbow) was set to start a throwing program Wednesday, MLB.com reports.
Ginn was placed on the 15-day injured list Saturday due to right elbow inflammation. The extent of his injury wasn't clear, but it looks like it could be minor if he's beginning a throwing program so quickly after landing on the IL.
