Braves' Royber Salinas: Jumps to High-A

Atlanta promoted Salinas from Single-A Augusta to High-A Rome on Tuesday.

He'll make the jump up a level after striking out a whopping 52 batters over 23.2 innings at Augusta while turning in a 1.52 ERA and 0.95 WHIP. The 21-year-old right-hander had yet to make his professional debut prior to 2022 after signing with Atlanta in October 2018 as an amateur free agent out of Venezuela, but his eye-popping strikeout total at Single-A will put him on the radar in deeper dynasty leagues.
