Dodgers' Chris Stratton: Clears waivers

Stratton was outrighted to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday.

Stratton was designated for assignment Tuesday and cleared waivers. He's struggled to a 7.65 ERA and 2.05 WHIP across 20 big-league innings this year, so it's unclear when his next chance in the majors may come.
