The Mets have selected Wiggins with the No. 27 overall pick in the 2026 First-Year Player Draft.
Wiggins totaled just 14 innings during his collegiate career with Arkansas -- the fact that he went inside the top 30 speaks to the quality of his stuff and long-term upside. The right-hander can touch triple digits and recently impressed during a showcase event after undergoing internal brace surgery last year.
