Nationals' Nick Senzel: Scratched from lineup

Senzel (illness) was scratched from the lineup for Wednesday's Grapefruit League game against the Red Sox, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Senzel had been set to return from an illness, but the Nationals felt it was best to give him at least one more day to recover. Ildemaro Vargas will sub in for Senzel at third base Wednesday.
