Bourn (finger) reported to Triple-A Norfolk on Monday, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
Bourn was able to take part in some games at extended spring training for the past week and experienced no issues with his fractured right ring finger, prompting the team to clear him for minor-league action. It's expected that Bourn will play at least a handful of games with Norfolk before the Orioles determine whether he's worthy of a spot on the 25-man roster. If the Orioles decide to purchase Bourn's contract, he'd likely serve in a backup capacity in the team's outfield.
