Rays' Cristofer Ogando: Contract selected by Tampa Bay

Ogando had his contract selected by the Rays on Friday, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.

Ogando was designated for assignment in late July but will rejoin the big-league roster Friday. The 28-year-old made his MLB debut earlier this year and allowed a run over two innings.
