Rays' Daniel Vellojin: Inks pact with Tampa Bay

Vellojin signed a minor-league contract with the Rays on Thursday.

Vellojin spent the 2025 campaign with High-A Bowling Green, slashing .195/.305/.311 with six home runs, 32 RBI, four stolen bases and 30 runs in 76 games. He figures to begin 2026 at Double-A Montgomery after rejoining Tampa Bay's farm system.
