Reds' Carlos Jorge: Signs with Reds

Jorge signed with the Reds for $495,000 on Friday, Baseball America reports.

A lefty-hitting second baseman from the Dominican Republic, Jorge is on the shorter side, but he packs a punch at the plate. He is also at least a plus runner and his hit tool is trending up.
