Royals' Bubba Starling: Inks minor-league deal

Starling signed a minor-league contract with the Royals on Saturday.

Starling will return to the Royals on a minor-league deal after being non-tendered by the team earlier in December. He slashed .204/.246/.298 over 91 major-league games during the past two seasons, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him get an invitation to big-league spring training in 2021.
