Soria threw two scoreless innings in Saturday's split squad win over Seattle. He's thrown six scoreless innings with nine strikeouts and no walks this spring.
Soria will work in a setup role for the Royals and could be a candidate for saves if Wade Davis gets hurt. After a career low 8.5 K/9 last season, it's encouraging to see Soria return to even a more dominating strikeout rate this spring.
