Knicks' OG Anunoby: Tweaks ankle, misses practice

Anunoby is dealing with a tweaked ankle and didn't practice Thursday, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

Anunoby, who was rested during Monday's preseason game against the Wizards, is considered day-to-day. It's possible the Knicks were taking a cautious approach Thursday, but Anunoby's status for Friday's preseason finale against the Hornets is now in the air.
