Mavericks' Caleb Martin: Another absence coming

Martin (hip) will not play Tuesday against the Knicks.

Martin will miss his fifth consecutive contest due to a right hip strain, an injury that previously kept him out for nearly two months before he made his Mavericks debut earlier this month. The Mavericks will continue to evaluate Martin on a game-by-game basis, but the team hasn't provided an indication regarding whether or not he's on track to play during its ongoing four-game road trip.
