Adam Moore sent back to Omaha

The Royals optioned catcher Adam Moore to Triple-A Omaha Tuesday to clear a roster spot for Salvador Perez, who came off the restricted list. Moore went 3 for 10 (.300) with a walk in five games for Kansas City.
