Tigers catcher Alex Avila is scheduled to catch seven innings in Triple-A Toledo Monday, according to MLB.com.
Avila will be re-evaluated following the game. He's been out since August 10 with a concussion. He's hitting just .198/.288/.340 in 253 at-bats.
