Andrew Leon gets call from Athletics

The Athletics have promoted right-handed reliever Andrew Leon from Triple-A Sacramento. The 25 year old has yet to pitch in a major league game. He will serve as the 26th player for the Wednesday doubleheader.

Leon has struggled a bit this season. He has yielded 34 hits and 10 walks in 29 innings and owns a 4.34 ERA.
