Perhaps you've the name "Derek Jeter" bandied about lately? Indeed, the Yankees luminous shortstop on Thursday played his final game at Yankee Stadium and did so in gripping, triumphant fashion. All of that led NPR's Melissa Block to do some rummaging through her audio archives. Her find? A 22-year-old Derek Jeter doing his best Bob Sheppard imitation ... 

Not many 22-year-olds can be accused of having good taste, but a 22-year-old Jeter surely did. At least when it came to Yankee Stadium P.A. announcers.
