A groin strain has scratched Reds starter Homer Bailey for the Saturday game against Milwaukee. Brett Marshall will replace him. Bailey had walked off the field with trainers after a Friday workout.
Bryan Price said the strain is not considered serious, though he does not know when Bailey will make his next start. He added his belief that the ailment will not prevent Bailey from being ready for the regular season.
