Matt Harrison suffers setback, undergoes surgery

Rangers starting pitcher Matt Harrison suffered a setback in recovery from back surgery and required further surgery Wednesday morning, according to multiple reports. A smaller heriation of the repaired herniated disc was discovered after an MRI.

Manager Jon Daniels said that the setback isn't uncommon and would not set a timetable for Harrison's return.
