Blue Jays reliever Sergio Santos has been moved to Triple-A to continue his rehab assignment.
Santos is hoping to return soon but will need a few more games before he's ready. Santos has appeared in back-to-back games but struggled in his second appearance. He has a 2.08 ERA in five games in the majors.
