Diamondbacks' Damien Magnifico: Signs with Diamondbacks
Magnifico signed a minor-league contract with the Diamondbacks.
Magnifico spent the entire 2018 season with Triple-A Indianapolis, posting a 3.57 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 64:44 K:BB across 70.2 innings. The deal doesn't include an invitation to big-league camp, so the 27-year-old will presumably open the year with Arizona's Triple-A affiliate.

Pirates' Damien Magnifico: Banished to minors camp
The Pirates reassigned Magnifico to their minor-league camp Monday.
Magnifico made it to the big leagues with the Angels for the season and appeared in one game, but otherwise toiled in the high minors, covering 53.1 innings with four teams across three organizations and posting a combined 6.24 ERA and 1.93 WHIP. Those numbers forced Magnifico to settle for a minor-league contract in the offseason and made him an extreme long shot to break camp with the Pirates as a non-roster invitee. The hard-throwing right-hander is expected to open the 2018 campaign with Double-A Altoona or Triple-A Indianapolis.

Pirates' Damien Magnifico: Joins Pittsburgh as non-roster invitee
Magnifico will attend major-league spring training with the Pirates as a non-roster invitee, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
Magnifico, who the Pirates selected in the minor-league phase of the Rule 5 draft earlier this winter, made one appearance at the big-league level with the Angels last season and saw action with three different Triple-A clubs in 2017. Though he'll attend camp with the Pirates, he's a long shot to win a spot on the Opening Day roster and looks most likely to fill a bullpen role at Triple-A Indianapolis.

Angels' Damien Magnifico: Outrighted off 40-man roster
Magnifico cleared waivers and was outrighted off the 40-man roster.
Magnifico will stay with the organization after the move, continuing his role with Double-A Mobile. He only recorded one out, which was a strikeout, with the Angels this season and also walked two.

Angels' Damien Magnifico: Optioned to Triple-A
Magnifico was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Sunday.
Magnifico's stay with the big club lasted just one day, as the 27-year-old reliever recorded one out and walked two batters Saturday against the Twins before getting sent back to the minors. Brooks Pounders was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move to assume Magnifico's spot in the bullpen.

Angels' Damien Magnifico: Recalled from Triple-A
Magnifico was recalled by the Angels on Saturday.
A post-DFA trade sent Magnifico from the Orioles to the Angels in early May. He has mostly struggled during his time with Triple-A Salt Lake, giving up eight earned runs on 13 hits and five walks in just nine innings, but the Angels were in desperate need of a fresh arm after JC Ramirez was chased early Friday.

Angels' Damien Magnifico: Traded to Angels
Magnifico was traded to the Angels and subsequently optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday.
This is the right-handed reliever's third team in under a month, as he was traded from Milwaukee to Baltimore in mid-April and is now on his way to the Angels. The Orioles received minor-league starting pitcher Jordan Kipper as compensation. Magnifico posted a 4.06 ERA and 61 strikeouts in 62 innings at Triple-A in 2016.

Orioles' Damien Magnifico: Designated for assignment
Magnifico was designated for assignment by the Orioles on Tuesday.
Magnifico made for an obvious DFA candidate, having posted a 9.95 ERA and 2.53 WHIP through five appearances with Triple-A Norfolk to start the season. The right-hander will be subjected to waivers, but it seems likely he will pass through unclaimed and ultimately return to Norfolk.

Orioles' Damien Magnifico: Dealt to Orioles
Magnifico was traded to the Orioles on Thursday in exchange for an International Signing Bonus Slot.
MASN's Roch Kubatko adds that Magnifico was optioned to Triple-A Norfolk after being added to Baltimore's 40-man roster. Magnifico had been in the Brewers' organization since 2012, but was designated for assignment earlier in the week to clear a spot on the 40-man for fellow reliever David Goforth. The newly acquired Magnifico figures to slot into Triple-A Norfolk's bullpen.

Brewers' Damien Magnifico: Sent to minors
Magnifico was designated for assignment Sunday.
In order to add David Goforth to the major-league roster, Magnifico was hit with the DFA on Sunday. The hard-throwing reliever posted a 4.06 ERA and 22.4 percent strikeout rate with Triple-A Colorado Springs in 2016.

Brewers' Damien Magnifico: Optioned to minor-league camp
Magnifico was optioned to minor-league camp Monday.
Magnifico did not allow a run in five appearances this spring, but that was not enough to earn him a spot on the Brewers' Opening Day roster. Magnifico made his big-league debut last season, so he could join the Brewers again at some point this season.

Brewers' Damien Magnifico: Recalled Tuesday
The Brewers called up Magnifico from Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday.
Magnifico made his big-league debut with the Brewers earlier this season, and the club decided to add him to the bullpen mix for the season's final month. Magnifico will compete for a spot in the Brewers' bullpen next spring, so he will get to use September as an audition.

Brewers' Damien Magnifico: Optioned to Triple-A
Magnifico was optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Friday.
Magnifico allowed one earned run over two innings during his first-ever stint in the majors. However, the right-handed reliever will head back to Triple-A Colorado Springs just three days after arriving with the big club. After 47 games with Colorado Springs, Magnifico has a 3.18 ERA and 1.38 WHIP.

Brewers' Damien Magnifico: Called up by Brewers
The Brewers recalled Magnifico from Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday.
Magnifico earned his first trip to the majors by posting a 3.18 ERA and striking out 54 batters over 56.2 innings in the hitter-friendly PCL. He will replace Michael Blazek (forearm) in the Brewers' bullpen and figures to open in middle relief.

Brewers' Damien Magnifico: Optioned to minor-league camp
The Brewers optioned Magnifico to minor-league camp Monday.
Magnifico impressed in three spring outings with the big club, allowing just one runner to reach base over three innings, but he has never pitched above the Double-A level and has options remaining, which made it easy for the Brewers to send him to the minors to open the season. Magnifico throws gas and posted a 1.17 ERA in 42 games with Double-A Biloxi last season, so he could be an option for the big club at some point this season.
