C.J. Miles, Sergey Karasev still out

Cavaliers wings C.J. Miles (ankle) and Sergey Karasev (knee) are both out yet again Tuesday against the Raptors, as they continue to deal with lingering injuries. Coach Mike Brown was unable to provide further details on their status moving forward, with the Cavaliers set to play their next game Wednesday in Detroit.
