Considering he averaged a double-double the last time he was a starting center, Omer Asik's 2014-15 season was a pretty big disappointment. Drafted as a starting center in most leagues, he played just 26.1 minutes per game and averaged 7.3 points, 9.8 rebounds and only 0.7 blocks per game. Those aren't useless numbers, but we certainly expected more from someone who is as good a defender and rebounder as Asik is. With the team combing back in the same shape as last season, there's no reason to expect more from Asik than what he provided last season, so target him in the later rounds as more of a reserve option on Draft Day.
