It's a Saturday matchup of two of the NBA's most elite squads as the San Antonio Spurs roll into Oakland to take on the Golden State Warriors in a nationally televised 8:30 p.m. ET contest on ABC.

The Warriors opened as 10-point favorites and now are laying 11. The Over-Under, or total number of points Vegas thinks will be scored, has dipped from 216 to 215.

Before picking either side of the spread, you need to read what SportsLine's Projection Model has come up with. This model has put together a 67-57 run on its top-rated point-spread picks this season.

Now, the model has examined every matchup, every player and every trend for Spurs-Warriors and, while we can tell you it's leaning Over, it has also locked in a bold against-the-spread pick.

The model knows the Spurs are 4-0 against the spread in their last four road contests and the Warriors are 0-4 ATS in their previous four Saturday games. However, the favorite is on a 4-0 run against the spread in this series.

The Spurs' best chance to stay within the spread -- or win outright -- is to get in Klay Thompson's face early and often. Over his past five games, the versatile guard is shooting over 55 percent from the field and knocking down open 3's.

The Warriors can cover the spread by grinding inside the paint, especially with Kevin Durant, who is hitting 90 percent of his free throws over the past 10 days. And they'll have the home crowd behind them in prime-time.
